It is forbidden to make noise between 10pm and 9am every day of the week
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited especially on the internet (illegal downloads)
Our pets friends are not accepted in the apartment
Remote working allowed and forbidden professional use of the apartment
Do not use the washing machine between 11:00am and 3:00pm on your departure day

Close the door of your room and the main door of the apartment when you leave, then put the keys back in the key box.
Towels must be on the bedroom floor
Remember not to leave anything in the refrigerator
Take the glass out in the container provided for this purpose on the left of the building
Put the remote controls on the desk of your room
Remember to turn off the lights when you leave and close the windows
Non-refundable rate
If the tenant cancels the reservation, there is no refund and the lessor keeps the full amount of the stay, except for the cleaning fee and the tourist tax.
Flexible rate – Refundable up to 4 days before arrival
If the tenant cancels his reservation up to 4 days before the arrival date, he is fully refunded the amount of the stay within 7 days by bank transfer.
If the tenant cancels his reservation within 4 days before the arrival date, he is not refunded and the lessor keeps the full amount of the stay, except for the cleaning fees and the tourist tax.
If the lessor cancels the stay 7 days before the arrival date, the lessee will be refunded in full with a compensation of 30% of the price of the stay, excluding cleaning costs and tourist tax.
If the lessor cancels the stay up to 7 days before the arrival of the tenant, the tenant will be refunded in full without compensation.

The cancellation on behalf of the landlord must be done by mail to the address indicated at the time of the reservation by the tenant.
